When the crisis began, Peter almost completely decided to sell his plot 35 km from the Moscow Ring Road, but the dream of his home overcame. But he understood that he would not be able to supervise the construction site himself - he had neither the knowledge nor the time, besides, he was afraid of imperfections and long-term construction.

Why exactly a ready-made house kit

The house was needed for many years, guarantees and confidence were needed that if there were any jambs, they would be immediately eliminated - “nerves are more expensive”. Therefore, he chose from a well-known company a ready-made "neat house in the European style" with all communications: the structure is made at the factory and assembled on the site. The house is very simple, but Peter did not want any architectural excesses.

He liked the comfortable layout, the increased ceiling height - 2.8 meters on the first floor and 3.4 meters under the ridge on the second floor. I liked that the house is warm and comfortable.

What did the complete set of the house consist of?

List of parts and assemblies:

• Pile foundation with grillage.
• Vibration-proof slabs with concrete screed on the 2nd floor.
• Wall panels are made of a structural timber frame filled with basalt fiber.
• The outer side is finished and insulated with a windproof heat-insulating wood-fiber board, on top of it is mineral plaster and facade paint.
• Metal roofing.
• Ladder and windows.
• Engineering systems (hot and cold water distribution, ventilation with access to the roof, heating system, including installation of radiators).
• Decking, balcony railing, decking, etc.

Peter received an almost finished house, the only thing: he decided to do the interior decoration himself - the walls were simply sheathed with GSP.

The result - a cozy home, a happy family

Now Peter already lives in this house, his small family is comfortable there, and when guests gather, no one is too crowded either. In summer, happiness in general - the family spends almost all the time on the veranda. In terms of microclimate, the house is closer to a wooden one - it smells like wood. The child is growing up, parents and friends love to come to the barbecue: life in the new house is going as it should.
