Universal attachment for angle grinder for easier work

Good afternoon dear friends. The angle grinder, which is popularly called the grinder, already has enormous potential. But today we are going to make a universal cooker for an ordinary grinder, which will increase its functionality many times over.

Before we start, we need to prepare two pieces of strip 30 mm wide and 3 mm thick and drill holes with a diameter of 9 mm in them.

Then you need to cut off a piece of the profile pipe 30 by 30 and also drill a through hole for the M12 thread and cut the thread.

The next workpiece is a 2 mm thick sheet of metal with dimensions of 20 by 15 cm.

Now you need to weld a section of a profile pipe with anti-reflective holes to the base.

Then it is necessary to screw in a piece of a stud or a bolt of the appropriate length into this part.

Now you can start assembling our device. We bolt the plates to both sides of the grinder, set them so that they come close to the thread and apply a weld at the junction.

We install the cutting disc on the grinder and mark the groove for it on the plate.

To make a groove of the required width in the slab, you first need to clarify the edges of the hole, and then cut out the unnecessary part using a grinder and a cutting disc.

Next, we need a small piece of a square bar, which needs to be welded on the plate at an angle of strictly 90 degrees.

We install a saw on the grinder and get a mini-circular, with which it is convenient to work in a confined space or to cut thin plywood.

Now you can install a regular cut-off wheel, press our fixture with clamps to the table, and we get a simple cut-off machine.

Such an unusual stove will allow us to use the grinder in two different qualities, which significantly increases its functionality.
