Two-storey house on a plot with difficult terrain Photo review
FORUMHOUSE user ValentinV built his house on a hillside. Gradually, he came to the idea that his house is more than just a capital construction object, even if it is finished and put into operation. This is the area around it, buildings, a fence, bushes and trees.
My home is a living organism
You can imagine it as a living organism. “Is it trite? Probably, Valentine mused. - But here he collected communications around the house. Water supply, sewerage, pipes to heat pump wells, water well, wells, power and signal electric cables. But the organism! "
Everyone admires this house on a slope with a retaining wall, the speed of construction (construction went on in winter, and the scene was the Krasnoyarsk Territory!) And the solidity of the approaches.
Design features
House with an area of 270 sq. meters was built according to an individual project, which was "planted" under this specific plot of 16 acres. The area of the second floor is larger than the first. The right side of the house rests a little against the slope, and there is a utility room designed. The entrance to the cellar is made from the garage, so a comfortable gentle staircase turned out.
In the attic, in the future, you can equip an attic floor, but for now there is a good storage room. The facade is finished with facing clinker bricks. Structural elements of the house are interesting: the foundation "hanging grillage" on bored piles, the walls - solid brick.
The material of the walls was chosen taking into account climatic conditions: a temperature regime of -40 for three weeks from the end of January to the beginning of February, and the designers did the calculation for this level. The house is heated with a heat pump and underfloor heating, the heating system works flawlessly. The plot is supplied with sewerage and water supply.
The garage was built on a place that is 4 meters lower than the rest of the territory - it turned out to "close the pit", but we had to make two entrances: to the garage and the site itself. Landscaping on the slope hit the finances as much as the box and trim, but it was worth it. “I live, I like it,” says Valentin. - And the smell of forest grasses cannot be compared with anything! "
