Conclusion: for myself, I decided for a long time, the house should be with a basement, insulated slabs on the ground are not interesting to me. The basement is connected to the ground at a depth, and it is more or less warm there. In winter, it is not cold in such a basement, I saw how they make a gym there, so calmly in the cold without a stove it was possible to train, with there was no screed on the floor in the basement, and the floor level of the first floor was + 1200mm, that is, a whole meter of the basement wall was sticking out on frost.

Of course, I will not make such a high base for myself and the heat loss will be reduced in proportion to the reduction in the protruding base. In this case, only finishing work is needed. And if you don't need these premises, then just don't go there.
