There are very few good dachas for permanent residence

It is especially important how the heating works and how it works: for example, if the house is heated by an electric boiler, this can add a significant amount to the rent. The larger the house, the more expensive the heating will be, so they are reluctant to rent huge houses; even a family of three generations needs a house with an area of ​​120–150 square meters.

Also: in suburban settlements, electricity is not cut off as rarely as we would like, snowfalls, winds and freezing rains lead to breakage of power lines, so it makes sense to negotiate with the owner of the house to install a backup source nutrition. And it is also recommended to carefully read the contract and write every little thing into it; to photograph not only the house, but also the plot, draw up an inventory of the property and attach it to the lease agreement.
