"Guessed" - how to fit a plastic washer to size
This is one of hundreds of solutions that you come up with on the go, and then use them as ready-made blanks.
Holder problem
I had a shower holder attached to a soap dish, why is that? The soap dish is not high, and it is convenient for the spouse to get it when you need to wash your hair, or rinse the tray. But the convenience was lost when the metal washer rotted and the holder fell off.
I decided to take a galvanized self-tapping screw, and make a plastic washer, cut off the cap from the dowel.
But hat turned out wider than hole, grind for a long time, figured out how to simplify the task. He heated the plastic over the gas stove, and while the soft sank into the hole, it "stood up" exactly in fact.
It remains to put everything in place, the self-tapping screw was too long, so it had to be cut, and only then screw the holder to the soap dish.
Of course, it could be attached directly to the tile, but it's a pity to drill the tile once again, especially when you remember how much work it took to install it.
The result is a simple design, when it remains to reach out to the watering can, and not shoot from a high point, where it is located when washing.
