A hand wheelbarrow on the farm - nothing easier and more convenient has been invented for many thousands of years
A hand wheelbarrow, or a trolley, is probably the very first technique on a wheel that man invented. Millennia have passed, but this technique is still in demand in our yards, vegetable gardens, at construction sites, as in ancient times. Of course, it has undergone considerable changes, but, in fact, it is still the same pair of wheels with a box that our ancestors used.
Our car has served faithfully the entire period when we were building the house. How many sacks, gas blocks, garbage, soil she transported - and you can't count! And now it's time to buy a new one, because her trough broke, the frame bent.
Although she still has every chance of working for the good of the family, it is already risky to transport heavy loads on her.
And the most important thing is that I needed a new wheelbarrow to transport goods around the garden. Therefore, such a large, massive and non-maneuverable cart does not suit me.
You can't paint figures on it between flower beds, and it is heavy in itself. And I started looking for the car I needed.
I need a one-wheeled version with a sufficiently small trough, stable supports so that, God forbid, it does not tip over at the moment when, for example, a box with precious seedlings is in it.
In addition, I would like my equipment to be light and at least a little prettier than the one that my husband works at a construction site. A sort of ladies' version.
But, unfortunately, so far nothing worthy of my flower beds and greenhouses has been found. That cute red car with a blue wheel and blue handles that I saw in some foreign film is not on sale, and it sunk into my soul. I had to do with the economy version with an aluminum trough.
But as soon as I find the wheelbarrow of my dreams in the store, I will immediately replace my simpleton with this object, infinitely dear to my heart. Of course, this is a joke, but seriously - cars and, in fact, all of the same type.
And someone can boast of a cooler wheelbarrow on their farm?
