The story of Alexey's house (nickname on FORUMHOUSE Alex79yan) in Zheleznovodsk began like this: conversation, he learned that an acquaintance was selling a plot of 7 acres in a garden partnership, “practically within the cities". Our hero bought the land, and two years later he sold his apartment and started construction.
What is a dream house
Alexei knew that the house that would fit all "want" of his family was a one-story building (the cost of building a one-story houses 1.5 times cheaper), with a large common space of a kitchen-dining room-living room, three bedrooms and a total area of up to 100 sq. m. A dream house is when all desires are placed in one building; it is comfort, happiness and love under one roof.
Some characteristics and features of the house
- He took the popular z55 project as a basis, changing the layout for three bedrooms.
- The house has a large veranda 3 * 9 meters, which overlooks the mountains.
- The house is built from foam blocks.
- Everywhere, except for bedrooms, underfloor heating is made (there are radiators in the bedrooms).
- Heating - gas boiler.
- The house has seven windows and a stained glass window.
The construction of the foundation is interesting: under the shallow tape there is 30 cm of sand, clay is poured inside, a layer of ASG is poured on top of it and a slab is poured. Such a foundation was chosen to save concrete and because at a depth of 1 meter on the site there are already dense layers of clay.
Walls - foam blocks made of volcanic ash with the addition of cement and water. As Alexei says, they are four times warmer than bricks. Outside, the walls are plastered with sand-lime mortar with the addition of cement and painted.
How was the construction
The house was built by a team. Alexei spent a whole month on the choice of performers, collecting reviews and recommendations and did not regret it: the construction went quickly and without any special "jambs". Now the family already lives in this house, and it is a very good life; better than an apartment. At FORUMHOUSE, everyone praises the layout of this house. Do you like her too?
