Pouring the foundation for the front fence, what problems had to be faced, the features and nuances of an independent

Before pouring the foundation for the front fence, I thought for a long time about what would be better, self-mixing the cement mortar or ordering a machine with ready-made concrete. To save time, I chose the second option.

Before ordering a concrete truck, I had to carry out calculations, thanks to which I was able to determine the approximate amount of cement mortar. In my case, an order was placed for concrete of the M200 brand, in the amount of 6 cubes. The construction of the formwork, the installation of the supporting pillars were carried out at an accelerated pace, which caused various troubles. I was missing one section of the eurofence, which I had to buy in another place where there were no finished products with mortgages. Since the completion of the installation of the formwork coincided on one day with the pouring of concrete, I had to make and install metal spacers inside the structure myself.

Due to the fact that the site is uneven, in one part the formwork had to be installed high above the ground level, having pushed stones from the bottom of the board. At the same time, he laid pipes in which he laid cables for lighting, intercom, sockets, sliding gate electronics, since he planned to concretize all previously used exits.

During the pouring of concrete, I, together with the auxiliary, threw a boot inside the formwork in order to strengthen the bearing capacity of the foundation and save on cement mortar. In some places, the formwork was led, and I could not correct the situation due to the strong pressure of the concrete mixture.

In the part where the sections of the eurofence were installed on a hill, concrete began to flow through the cracks between the quarry and the boards. Having ordered 6 cubes of solution, I did not calculate a little, it was not enough for me to fill one section, I managed to fill it only half.

I did the re-filling myself, mixing cement, sand and water using a nozzle on a perforator "mixer".
