Home for yourself, not for sale

The house is expensive, solid, very beautiful and comfortable, with a second light and six levels: garage, first floor, one and a half, second floor, 2.5 third floor. They are connected by a very beautiful wide staircase (march width 2000 mm) with black granite steps.

Our user slisD, his wife and daughter live in the house. There are no grandchildren yet, but when they appear, there will be enough space for everyone - the total area of ​​all premises is 490 sq. m. A member of the forum slisD built this brick house for life, not for sale, so he did not spare money: the foundation, box, roof, perimeter fence and plaster cost 200 thousand dollars; they stopped counting further ...

Characteristics and features of the house

The house has three floors. On the third, attic floor, a guest bedroom, a games room and a gym were made, on the stairs, on the site between the third and second floors, a guest bathroom was equipped. The second floor is occupied by an office, a master bedroom with a separate bathroom, a nursery with a dressing room. For 1.5 bedroom (this is the room of an adult son who lives separately) and a dressing room. A bathroom and a few other rooms are perfectly located on the first floor.

Plot and veranda

Pines grow on the site and, in order not to harm them, slisD did not level everything with imported soil into one level, but built his house on two levels with a drop of about 80 cm and made a basement shed there with a height 2.10 m.

The veranda is flooded with a monolith with a slope of 25 cm to 22 cm so that rainwater flows down, to the left of it - support wall with steps, on the right smooth descent for lawn mowers, trolleys, bikes, quadrics and scooters.

Heating

Each level has its own floor covering, where is tile, where is parquet, where is granite, where is parquet board, therefore heating is different everywhere. On the first and one-and-a-half floors and in all four bathrooms there is a warm floor, and in the garage, on the second and third floors, there are radiators.

The house had not yet been finished and furnished, and the owner did not want to leave it. And now he has laid out a perfect lawn there, planted trees and is completely happy.
