Rolls in the oven without fuss: this recipe bakes very quickly, since the dough does not need to be matched
The dough should not be suitable for this recipe, so the rolls are baked very quickly.
For rolls, we need: half a liter of milk, an egg (1-2 pcs.), Flour, a tablespoon of sugar and yeast, a teaspoon of salt, jam (fresh apples or poppy seeds can be used).
Step one. Preheat the oven to 50C.
Step two. We heat the milk, pour it into a liter jar. Add sugar to milk and mix. We take yeast (dry) and add it to milk. We put a liter can in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes so that the yeast rises.
Step three. Sift flour through a sieve.
Knead the dough and add the eggs to it.
If the dough sticks to your hands, then grease it with sunflower oil.
Step four. Divide the dough into three equal parts.
Take a piece of dough and roll it out. Lubricate the rolled dough on top with sunflower or melted butter.
Then put jam (apples or poppy seeds) on the dough and distribute the filling throughout the dough. Roll the dough into a roll.
Step five. We put the rolls in an oven preheated to 50C and let them come up a little (about 10 minutes). Then we close the oven and set the temperature indicator to 170 C.
After half an hour, reduce the temperature to 150C. We bake rolls for 50 minutes. If during baking the dough burns on top, then open the oven and cover the rolls with foil (we do it quickly). Put the finished rolls on parchment.
Enjoy your tea!
