We buy a glass table for a present for a mother-in-law, although they have long gone out of fashion

My mother-in-law is a wonderful woman and for her anniversary all her children chipped in and made repairs in my mother's apartment. We, sons-in-law and daughters-in-law, also took part, of course. And now all that remained was to furnish the apartment, which she had already done on her own, to her taste.

But even here, for her birthday, we decided to buy her some gifts from small furniture and home appliances. They acted according to her wishes. We got a glass table for purchase - a coffee table, which will stand in the wall between two doors.

The thing is not expensive, no problem, we will buy it. But I think these tables are out of fashion. They are not very comfortable, have little functional and require a lot of maintenance. But the mother-in-law is no longer a young woman to run around with a napkin every day and dust off the furniture.

But her arguments were not convinced - I want it and that's it. I want beauty.

We went to choose and quickly found a rather interesting option, which seemed to us optimal.

The choice in the store in our city is not very large, but it is there, and we saw serving tables on wheels. This completely reconciled us with the purchase.

A serving table is already a much more functional thing, it can be moved anywhere without dragging heavy glass from place to place on your hands.

The table looks quite nice, there is "beauty" in it, that is, we will be able to please the mother-in-law. There were two rectangular tables and one oval.

The first rectangular table was in a brown design, which didn't quite match the overall background of the furniture.

But in a light design, the table will very well harmonize with upholstered furniture and curtains. They have almost the same geometric pattern around the edges. And we settled on it. In the store, of course, brown looks better, but you need to take into account other interior items.

I hope that my mother-in-law will appreciate our efforts, although she is a tactful woman and even if something goes wrong, she will not show it. This is how our search for the perfect glass table ended.
