How I easily get rid of cracks and corns on the heels. You only need 2 ingredients
After the gardening season, the feet of many summer residents leave much to be desired. No matter how hard you try to save your legs, constant walking around the garden gives its "fruits".
The feet, especially on the heels, become coarse, corns and cracks appear. And this is very frustrating.
Store creams do not help; you have to use conventional folk remedies and methods. Here is one recipe that will help you cope with rough skin on the heels and entire feet.
What is required
oil-based vitamin A or retinol acetate (in liquid state or capsules) - 2 teaspoons or 30 capsules;
calendula ointment (25 gram tube).
How to apply
Before the procedure, you need to make a foot bath, steam them and rinse them. Keep your feet clean. Wipe your feet well with a towel and let dry.
Then treat the heels with a pumice stone or a file for feet. After that, the feet need to be washed and dried again.
Squeeze the calendula ointment from the tube into an empty container. Then you need to add 2 teaspoons or 30 capsules of vitamin A there (each capsule must be pierced with a needle and squeezed out).
Then you need to mix everything.
Note. If you have cracks, warts and fungus on your heels, you need to look for the cause of the problem in the body itself. You need to improve immunity, change your lifestyle. Otherwise, all these unwanted formations will reappear.
The finished product must be applied to the entire foot. Then you need to put on cotton socks.
It is necessary to repeat this procedure several times, before bedtime, until a noticeable positive effect appears.
Thanks to the healing remedy, the feet become soft and smooth, and the cracked heels disappear.
The creamy mass should be stored in a dark and cool place (preferably not higher than +25 degrees).
Before using the product, you need to consult a dermatologist, individual intolerance to the drug is possible.
