Do I need to remind you of the role the liver plays in the human body? Unfortunately, performing vital functions, this organ practically does not "complain" about its condition until it becomes completely ill. But signs of problems can still appear in the form of skin rashes. Sometimes the skin becomes excessively oily - this can also be a signal from the liver.

We can listen to the body and stop "throwing" harmful foods into the body or end habits that destroy liver cells - hepatocytes. For example, stop smoking, drinking unhealthy drinks, eating less fried and spicy foods, not abuse coffee and sweets in the form of sweets, sweet bakery, which include trans fats.

And how can you help cells in the liver recover and remove toxins from the body in a timely manner, like clockwork?

For a consistently high-quality work of this important organ, useful elements of natural origin are needed. It is impossible to bring one thing here. Therefore, I will divide the products into groups that are necessary for the normal functioning of the liver.

The first group of products - VEGETABLES

Many people know that antioxidants help suppress inflammation in the body. Vegetables can help the body to cope with viruses, bacteria, which has a positive effect on the liver as a result. In autumn, vegetables grown on their own grounds are especially rich in antioxidants. Sauerkraut has more vitamin C in its composition than fresh - many doctors talk about this. Beetroot has long been called a sanitary product for the body, and its benefits for the liver are extremely important. Well, the usual carrots, pumpkin - enrich not only with fiber, but also contribute to cell renewal.

The second product group is FRUIT

In this group, I cannot fail to note avocados, which are able to regulate fat metabolism in the body. But ordinary apples and pears from the garden, familiar to Russians, also enrich us with vitamins. Who doesn't love citrus fruits and bananas in winter? Let 1 piece a day, but you can afford it for the sake of benefit.

The third is NUTS

It is important to say that nuts are the product that must be peeled from the shell just before eating. Without a protective shell, the nuclei not only lose their benefits, but also become harmful, which has also been said a lot in various health programs.

How without GREEN?

Parsley, traditional for our latitudes, is also extremely useful in its composition for the liver. In addition, any greens with their fiber makes the digestive tract work hard, which facilitates the work of the liver, timely removing the masses from the body and not allowing it to be forced, forming toxins.

SWEET must not be forgotten

Lack of glucose is considered to be very bad for the brain, since 50% of all glucose, scientists say, is consumed by the brain. But the liver also needs glucose, and if it is lacking, it cannot function normally. But this category of products cannot include cakes, sweets, etc. Here it is better not only sweet fruits, dried fruits (grapes, raisins, dates, etc.), but also natural honey.

About fermented milk, meat of various animals (preferably not fatty), and sometimes in small quantities and lard, fish (it does not matter sea or river), vegetable oils (exclusively unrefined).
