I have been doing home flowers for 8 years. I tell you which I consider the most unpretentious
Fiery fireworks, fellow flower growers!
Not all of us are in awe of pruning, transplanting, and processing. Many people want simpler indoor plants: so that they do not take time, effort, money and precious nerves. And to be beautiful! For citizens looking for simple and pretty flowers for their windowsill, I have compiled my personal TOP of unpretentious options.
For lovers of greenery: nothing is easier than the ficus "Elastic"
Rubber ficus, which is also called "elastica", almost does not create problems for owners. Unhurriedly unfolds sheet by sheet and requires only one thing - that it is not poured. He will be glad to rare transplants and fertilizers with nitrogen or organic fertilizing: he will appreciate the banana peel and other "folk" remedies.
Comrade, the most unpretentious rubbery ficus is a variety with simple green leaves. Do not fall for the lure with curly and multi-colored leaves: they look unusual, but whims are added to the unusualness.
For lovers of the classics: "Women's happiness"
Spathiphyllum is notable for its readiness to grow and bloom even at a distance from the window. He makes good peace with the shadow. The spirit does not tolerate direct midday rays.
And this flower also loves abundant watering and therefore you need to try to bring it to the bay. I recommend to those growers who cannot cope with the watering can. The only drawback of "Women's Happiness" is the dry tips of the leaves. They even show up in a room with a humidifier, so I just stopped worrying about them.
For lovers of bright colors: 3 options
Comrade, geranium-pelargonium has made everyone sore. But she would not be complete without this surprisingly unpretentious and generous plant for colorful flowering.
Any soil, almost any lighting, drought and overflow - all these are fertile conditions for the dissolution of numerous umbrellas. I advise you to take simple varieties. Rosebud and royal, although they look more interesting, are more whimsical.
The "Paschalnik" blooms very beautifully and unusually. It is also called Ripsalidopsis and is often confused with the Decembrist (Schlumberger). The green shoots in both houseplants are somewhat similar. But "Paschalnik" and "Decembrist" differ in the shape of the flower and the time of flowering. Rhipsalidopsis, which I am showing you, with the same (as in Schlumberger's) unpretentiousness, blooms in April-May and sometimes again again in the fall.
But the phalaenopsis, which set the teeth on edge, I will mention only in passing. There are other unpretentious orchids. For example, the outlandish cambria:
In my opinion, it grows like a weed. It blooms willingly and requires almost no maintenance. If you, comrade, did not work out with the phalaenopsis or want a variety, then feel free to take Cambria.
Do you like the selection? Comrade, put "Thumbs up" in response!
