Plastic pipe stands

One of the best and quickest solutions for storing garden tools are plastic pipe stands. Plastic is easy to cut and drill, and you can easily create various structures for storing tools from it.

The most common version of the stand looks like this: two pieces of plastic pipe 10–20 centimeters long are mounted vertically in one line. The distance between the top and bottom trims is 80–100 centimeters. If you do not mind the material, you can make the holder from one solid pipe.

Suspension system

It is very convenient to store your garden accessories hanging on the wall. Various hangers are made of boards or metal. It all depends on the surface on which the holders will be mounted. For example, on a wooden wall, you can think of functional suspensions made of boards and bars.

For the walls of a metal garage or utility block, commercial equipment is best suited. These are various shelves and panels with hanging hooks. They can be bought inexpensively: now many shops are closing, trade equipment from which is sold at bargain prices.

Pallets and floor stands

Planks and plastic parts can be used to make a floor stand with long handles. This is a makeshift vase in which shovels, rakes and pitchforks are placed like flowers. The advantage is mobility: the stand is easy to take out into the street, for the period of gardening work.

The simpler option is an ordinary commodity pallet, placed vertically against the wall. It is convenient to store the tool outdoors; at any time can be entered into the utility block. But this design is unstable, it is recommended to fix the pallet to the wall.

A commodity pallet is generally a ready-made and very convenient stand. But it can be easily improved: remove all unnecessary, and then fix it inside the shed using self-tapping screws. You get a functional and spacious shelf.
