You can imagine what that structure was, with twisted walls and a musty smell inside. When we bought it, we didn't live in it, but moved to a rented apartment. Since they gave their 1-room apartment for a plot with a ruined one. We had some savings for construction. Yes, and my wife and I worked and earned good money. At the request of our new neighbors, we heated this house all winter, since gas was installed in our part and there was a boiler.

In contrast to their part, which included wood heating. They only had gas for cooking, i.e. on the gas stove.

And they paid pennies for it accordingly. I have never seen them heated with wood. And I came there twice a day to feed the dog, which we got together with the house. Fortunately, he worked nearby, 10 minutes on foot. But then spring comes and they put an ultimatum: Either we give them our part of the house, S = 29.5 sq.m. instead, on the same area, a plot between us along the border.

Or they refuse to build and they won't give us permission. I told him: "If you had put such demands on me right away, I would not have drowned you all winter for free. Frozen, maybe more accommodating than steel. And he, without fear, says to me: "Yes, I am already heating for free., I insert the burner into the stove and turn it on to full. "There is no counter anyway. I was already taken aback, independently admits that gas is stealing. I promised to think and give an answer in time. And then I decided to do a land survey, I found out that the plot for which he proposes to change our house and so belongs to us.

He captured it in 1996, when the lone owner living in our part of the house passed away. While the relatives entered into inheritance rights, the house was empty for half a year. And then they sell the house with the plot to other people. And those without making a land survey use this site already in fact that there are 30 from 500 square meters, it is not noticeable. So, in addition to this, he also treacherously occupied the adjacent common area of ​​about 290 square meters. Well, in general, after consulting a lawyer, we decided to build on our own, since the shares of the house were previously allocated in kind by the court.

The only thing I didn’t do was an examination that would admit that the house was in danger. I hoped for his discretion that he would take down his hut and be attached to my house. But it was not there. As we began to demolish the house, he called the police and the emergency gas department. They looked and left with nothing. There are no encumbrances on the site. House and land owned. What can they do? But he did not calm down and began to write around and complain: to the district police officer, the administration, the prosecutor's office. And everywhere I got a turn from the gate. After he began to complain about us, we also wrote a mortgage on him that he illegally seized common land. And he, too, began to flutter his nerves.

After his complaints against us were unsuccessful, he decided to sue us. As a result, he partially won the court for 32% of the declared material claims. As a result, my wife and I had to pay him 150 tr. Well, a completely destroyed relationship. What does it have to do with court costs, as it turned out, just for this amount. He really filed for their reimbursement, in the end he received only 32% of the spent, and even then not all. Since he was clarified every time in a big way, and the court did not accept his examination after the trial. As a result, after I filed for reimbursement of legal costs, the court awarded me 3.5 tr. more.

I even won this one. After that, he demolishes the rest of the house and starts building a new house. In this case, again fencing off ~ 8 sq.m. my site, which was formed when I retreated from the adjacent wall and built my house. And since 2018, the house has 2 floors S = 100 sq.m. stands motionless, how to finish it if there is no heating?

After that, they had the conscience to approach me a year ago, so that I gave permission for the gas injection from me. Of course I refused. He offered to "compensate for the damage" and then we'll talk. So after that, they stole a wheel from my car at night. There is no one else. Rear wheel, old with bald tires. Then I went and bought a new stamped disc for 1 tr, and also a set of video cameras with equipment installed around the perimeter.

So they still dug a ditch and covered it with sand under the foundation that goes to their side. So that all the water goes under the house. And how to resist, because the house is not legalized. I, too, do not know whether to answer them or not? I can also dig a well at the corner of their new house and collect waste water from the roof….
