One-level houses are one of the most demanded options at the moment. Many moving from an apartment to a country house are now choosing one-story houses. The choice of this option is quite justified for a small area of the house.
In this project the space can be divided into 3 zones. In the middle of the project there is a common project area with a kitchen and a living room with a total area of 34 sq.m. The kitchen-living room windows face two opposite sides of the house.
On the right side there is a private area with 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a dressing room.
The left part of the project is reserved for the bath area. A comfortable sauna allows you to install both an electric and a wood-burning stove, while the load of firewood can also be from the living room. The entrance to the sauna is through the shower room.
There is also a spacious technical room with access to the terrace. The convenience of its location next to the kitchen allows it to be used also as a storage room.
Next to the bath area is the third bedroom, which functionally can also be a guest room and a study.
