Yellow and delicious, Sweet varieties of Apples that I advise every Gardener to have
There are at least 10 thousand varieties of apple trees in the world and it is natural that it is easy to get lost in such a variety! But among the various varietal groups, sorted, for example, according to the color of the fruits and their taste, the best can be called.
And here are the trees that are definitely worth planting for those who prefer sweet and yellow apples! Personally, I have only the first and the last in my garden, but I am sure that I will get others soon!
Ural bulk
Autumn variety with more than half a century of history, beginning to bear fruit in the 5th year. Fruits are small - only 70-100 g, but densely stick around the branches. The peel is glossy, yellow with a subtle blush in blurred spots.
Sometimes the lightest oily bloom may appear on the fruits - this is not scary and natural.
The pulp in the tone of the surface is golden, and if the apples are slightly overripe, it becomes transparent. The variety demonstrates good winter hardiness, but, unfortunately, it is not stored for long, so it is better to start up the harvest of the Ural bulk liquid for autumn harvesting as soon as possible.
Ainur
A unique variety that arose from the crossing of Golden Delicious and Aport apple trees. This apple tree is not susceptible to scab, and is also practically insensitive to the vagaries of the weather.
The fruits traditionally harvested at the end of September seem to have even more flavor than sweetness. Ainur belongs to those varieties, the seedlings of which can be planted even in autumn, as long as the site is sunny and not windy. The variety is also considered self-pollinating.
Golden Chinese
Another "fruit" of crossing, but this time Michurin himself "combined" White filling and Kitayka. It will take 6 years to wait for the first harvest. The apples are very small - 30-40 g and the yield is highly dependent on weather conditions.
But the variety can still be called precious - for its creamy, incredibly juicy fragrant pulp with a characteristic apple sourness, thanks to which the sweetness of the Chinese woman does not seem cloying. These fruits are kept fresh, by the way, for only 10 days.
Kuibyshevskoe
One of the highest-yielding varieties, but only on condition that the gardener makes generous feeding and trims the crown in a timely manner. Fruits are medium in size, pale yellow.
Those that ripen in the shade can be slightly greenish, and those that are in the sun - golden-ruddy. The variety ripens in the fall and, subject to storage conditions, can lie fresh until the end of winter.
