Here is one of the simplest recipes: the fruit is cut in half, the seeds are removed, and the halves (or quarters) are boiled in salted water for 40 minutes. Then they cool and take out the pulp with a spoon, which breaks down into "spaghetti". Voila, the side dish is ready for any sweet or savory meal.
