How much do I pay for utilities in Voronezh for a 3-room apartment.
Your own apartment in the capital of the Black Earth Region is the ultimate dream of every third inhabitant of the region. Some Russians have become the proud owners of their own homes in Voronezh thanks to mortgages.
My family and I were no exception from such lucky ones and bought a 3-room apartment in a good area with an area of 68 square meters.
What a joy it was when we first crossed the threshold of our new home! True, over time, namely with the arrival of the first mortgage payment, it became a little sad.
All family members had to give up some of the frills and expensive habits. In addition, in addition to monthly payments, there are also utility bills, and given the not small size of the apartment, the communal apartment is quite serious.
For the month of January, we had to pay the rent for utilities, almost 3000, or rather 2988 Russian rubles. There is a separate receipt for heating and hot water and 4,360 rubles came out on it.
The overhaul also cost a little more than 600 rubles. Despite energy-saving light bulbs and other electrical appliances, you have to pay about 800 rubles for light.
And this is taking into account the fact that our apartment has a gas stove, not an electric one.
Without the Internet, life in the modern world is impossible even to imagine and you have to pay at least 400 rubles for this joy.
In total, every winter month I pay about 9211 rubles. To fully provide for the family and be able to pay off the mortgage, one has to work in two places. But, as they say, if you want to live, be able to spin.
Please write in the comments below how much your utility bills come out, indicating the city, number of rooms and footage.
