As far back as I can remember, I loved plants. This hobby began as a child with flowers, and then it somehow went so far that everything that could be obtained began to appear in my garden, vegetable garden, house, and so on to this day.

Germinating seeds with socks! I'm talking about the best varieties of peppers that you need to have time to sow in February

The principle is this: I have to try and know everything; not the fact that you will like it, not the fact that it will remain, but I must know what the plant is.

I have a special passion for peppers, perhaps the reason is in their variety. My collection is dominated by tall salad varieties of all possible colors and shapes, as well as versatile large-fruited varieties. In pepper, I'm primarily interested in:

  • perfection of tastes,
  • resistance to diseases and difficult weather conditions,
  • variety of shapes and colors.

I always germinate pepper seeds in this way. I spread the seeds on a damp sock. I cover it and put the saucer in a zip bag.

I'm talking about the early varieties of pepper that need to be sown in February.

Thick cheeks . A very productive variety. Early. Large fruits. Was planted a little thickened, but even under such conditions I was shocked by the result!

Ideal for stuffing. Wall thickness 5-7 mm. All fruits are even. Curved ones are very rare.

Thick-walled yellow . Huge fruits. Early, 8-10 peppers on the bush. Wall thickness 5-7 mm. I planted a little densely, but still the harvest was super!

Just handsome Stuntman! Early. Low bushes, but there are many fruits on it, 10-12 pieces. Although it was a short 30-40 cm, I still had to tie up some of them. Very productive. Twigs break from pepper pods. Lies for a long time without losing its appearance.

Asti yellow . I have been growing this pepper for several years in a row. I love it! There are not very many fruits on the bush, but they are huge and thick-walled. Early, large-fruited, plant height 50 cm. The fruit wall thickness is 7-9 mm.

Early bird. The name itself says that this is an early variety. The bush is 60 cm high. The fruit wall thickness is 6 mm. Very sweet, aromatic.

Like bell . Super early grade. The height of the bush is 50-60 cm. Requires a garter.

Very beautiful unripe. It has such a beautiful color. The more sun, the darker the peppers. When fully ripe, it becomes burgundy.

Marconi variety . Incredibly beautiful, productive with long, purple fruits. Many peppers can form on the bush. The shape in them is elongated, thin, similar to bitter, but this is a sweet chic variety.

Black horse . An early, thick-walled variety. Height 60 cm. Fruit weight 160 grams. Sweet. A black horse, unripe. He's really black!

ADVICE TO HOSTS: I add dried peppers to almost all dishes. To marinate the kebab, I grind it on a coffee grinder to a state of flour.

I recommend all housewives to purchase such a kitchen appliance. It is very convenient and quick to peel peppers.

My favorite is "Stuffed Peppers" with mozzarella.

If you have any questions - ask! I will be happy to share my experience.
