Most mixers are equipped with a special element - an aerator. It is bolted to the tap where the water flows. But few people know what the nozzle is for and how to clean it.

The main task of the device - limit water consumption. At the same time, reduce the cost of water supply.

The pluses include:

• No splashing. The aerator makes the water stream even.
• The water is saturated with oxygen.
• Weathering of harmful chlorine.
• Delaying small particles of debris.
• Reducing noise from pouring water in the sink, bath.

It so happened that the water pressure in my kitchen decreased. The old aerator clogged up, the whole thing had worn out, it had become unusable.

It was possible to remove it and clean it, but I decided to buy a new one.

I chose an interesting device with children. They liked the helicopter-like propeller aerator. With the flow of water, the propeller turns. The nozzle is made of thermoplastic, food-grade plastic (safe for use). Nothing will rust now. Dimensions 2.5x6x4.5 cm.

The parcel arrived in 2 weeks (as usual from China). I immediately put the nozzle on the tap by unscrewing the old aerator. By the way, it is not wrapped up like ordinary aerators, but simply put on. Holds tight, has never fallen off.

In addition to the appearance, I liked the fact that the aerator is swivel (you can rotate it 360 degrees).

Not suitable for all mixers. I have a different faucet in my bathroom on the sink and in the bathroom. Didn't fit there. But great on the kitchen faucet. That's where I took him.
