And why didn't I get it right away? Comfortable, practical, and very inexpensive highchair
We bought our first highchair in Auchan. It was bright, beautiful, with a soft seat and back. But it was difficult to care for, given the fact that the child eats completely independently from a year, not allowing himself to be fed. After each feeding, the chair and everything around it had to be washed with difficulty. It turned out to be short-lived, had to be thrown away. I decided to take the new one at IKEA - minimalistic, the easiest to care for. I have never regretted the purchase.
How to find it on the IKEA website?
By name - antelope highchair for feeding.
The price is just ridiculous - 1000 rubles. We have been using it for about a year, the chair is like new.
It is purchased disassembled, it will not be difficult for anyone to assemble. Even I succeeded, but I had never had to assemble any furniture before.
Equipped with seat belts, this is very important. You can buy a special tab for the softness and comfort of the child. It seems to me that only babies who have just learned to sit need it. Older children, in my opinion, are not needed.
Washing, wiping is as easy as shelling pears. The chair does not take up much space - for this it is a fat plus for him.
It is comfortable for a child to sit in it. In the future, you can remove the table and put the child at a common table.
It is lightweight yet stable. It happened that I did not fasten the belts, the child stood on his legs, being in the chair. Thank God that I immediately noticed and sat back and fastened the belts. But I realized that the chair does not collapse from this, which means it is really stable.
Thanks to the color, it will fit into almost every interior.
It is better to disinfect the children's table from time to time. In order not to use toxic agents for this, I prepare a mixture of alcohol (1 part), vinegar (1 part) and (2 parts) water. I pour it into a spray bottle and use it to cleanse and remove bacteria from various surfaces in the house.
For me, a highchair doesn't have to be super fancy. This is where the child's safety and practicality are paramount.
