The first method is ALMOST FREE, similar in effect to those very socks. You only need 2 pairs of cotton and polyethylene (bag). Best done at night. Instead of socks, by the way, you can simply wrap flat fabrics, like footcloths, on your feet, but after soaking them in milk whey.
I often pour out whey, because I love to cook homemade cottage cheese from village milk. The expense in this method is only the subsequent washing of the fabric or socks. I put it on or wrapped it at night, washed it thoroughly in the morning, and immediately even my old grandmother's nails are cut off very easily. And when mine, I treat it with a pumice stone, all corns, coarse calluses are easily removed. My granny has such clean heels and steel feet that she herself will not be overjoyed.
But even in the comments it was said that instead of milk whey, you can soak the fabric with yogurt, kefir. The main thing is to wrap tightly over the film, to put on socks, preferably even woolen socks, so as not to feel the cold. On weekends, you can do this procedure during the day if you can stay at home.
The second way to easily cut your nails is to soak socks or fabrics with 6% apple cider vinegar, but not wrap them overnight, but for 15-20 minutes. Then everything will be repeated, as in the first case. If there are no problems with the heels, then you can simply put a cotton pad on the nail and wrap it. Do not forget to rub the nourishing cream into the skin and nails after cleansing.
