An electrician showed how to pull a wire into a corrugation if there is no wire in it
Everyone knows that there is a wire inside the corrugation, with the help of which the wire is pulled. One or two people can do this as in the diagram:
But there are situations when the corrugation has already been laid and this wire fell off from one end and ended up inside. You can't hook the wire for pulling. How to be?
To do this, completely pull out the wire (it will come in handy later). We take a thin but strong nylon rope. We tie a small piece of fabric to one end. So that it passes freely in the corrugation. We insert it into the corrugation, and connect the vacuum cleaner to the second. He tightens the rope. The fabric will be like a piston.
Next, we grab the wire and stretch it. Next we stretch the wire. A short video of the first half of the process:
If the turns are 90 degrees or more, then the VVGng wire will be difficult or impossible to stretch. It may be possible to stretch only flexible PVA. But then choose its high section. And the fastening of the wire to the wire must be done so that it does not cling. I wrapped it in duct tape.
Without broaching, the VVGng wire can be threaded into a straight corrugation without wire, if the corrugations are 1.5 m each. The process is shown here: https://youtu.be/ZS6NGHfb2Q4
The same method is also useful for pulling the wire inside the HDPE pipe for underground laying along the site.
In this way, you can quickly and easily thread the wire in the coil of the plastic pipe. Its surface is smooth and the process will be easier than in corrugation. You don't have to unwind in a straight line.
If there is no vacuum cleaner, then you can thread the wire inside the HDPE pipe using a powerful magnet. To do this, we tie a rope to a small nut and lead it along the pipe with a magnet.
If you know your secret of pulling the wire - share in the comments.
