They made a sewer, and after half a year it was clogged up tight! What is the reason, and Who was to blame? Subscriber history
The other day, one of the subscribers shared his very amazing story! I suppose such situations are not uncommon! It will be interesting to hear your opinion! Therefore, I share with you a story in the heading #reader_experiences
The subscriber's name is Oleg. He deals with communications (water supply and sewerage system). Last spring, he worked at a facility where he was making sewerage and plumbing.
Here's what he said:
The customer's name was Igor. Last summer he moved into his private home. Even before his move, we made a water supply and sewerage system. Then, in the summer, other craftsmen worked for Igor, who plastered the house from the inside. It didn't work out completely, the money ran out. Therefore, Igor finished one room and a kitchen in order to move, and gradually completed the rest of the work.
And in the fall, Igor calls me, explains the situation: So and so! There is a problem with the sewerage system. Water stands - and does not go away! Nowhere!
Sewerage is less than half a year! And during this time, almost no one used it. Igor only lived in the house for a couple of months. And that's all. I'm at a loss - what could have happened? Of course, he dropped everything and immediately went to him to figure out what happened there!
I arrived, pouring water into the toilet - it leaves very slowly. It's the same in the sink! I don’t understand anything! I communicate with the customer, and I myself look around - Igor lives alone, there are no children who could fill the toilet with toys. He lives in the house for only a couple of months... This does not happen!
I recalled that I heard that sometimes dump trucks crush pipes that are underground. A dump truck with sand drives into the yard, drives around the yard, and below the pipes are dug in without cases. Pipes and burst from such a weight. But Igor has all the pipes on the back side of the house, there are definitely no trucks driving there.
He walked around and looked. I decided I needed help. I called a friend to do a video inspection. He explained that the sewerage was done a few months ago, no one lived in the house, and the water does not go away "from the word at all."
A friend came, stuck a cable with a video camera into the sewer pipe. We looked and fell into a stupor! And all together - me, and my friend, and the customer!
It turned out that the pipe was almost completely clogged with cement!
There were only tiny areas through which the water somehow left.
Honestly, I was in shock! Well, and some relief, of course, too - that my fault is not!))
Igor immediately called the plasterers! I began to find out where these "wonderful people" were pouring out the cement mortar!
It turned out that they washed the containers, poured the remains of the plaster into the toilet! Surplus too! It all just dried up in pipes and froze! They say: “We always do this! Nobody complained! Probably, the sewage system was just badly done for you! "
Such people are annoying! You work in a private house! The yard is nearby - went out, poured it out! Done! Well, is it really hard to do those few extra steps?? There are simply no words! I don't know how it ended there! In my opinion, the guys are just "lost"! I don’t know how Igor solved the problem.
