Friends, I am glad to welcome you! During the construction of my house, I already had to deal with concrete many times.
- And ordered from the factory, for the foundation.
- And he kneaded himself, for jumpers, etc.
And most importantlythat when I talked about it in articles, then in both cases, there were those who were for, and those who were against factory concrete or self-sacrifice.
In my opinion, both methods are good, for each specific situation.
And now the situation "drew" for another variant of making a solution.
Usually, pictures of this kind serve as an example of the most hacky batch. Here the kneading is done "by eye"
Like, look at how some "specialists" work and never do that.
Personally, I have never resorted to such a technique, since there is a concrete mixer available. But now it is hidden among the snowdrifts, and there is no desire to dig it out for the sake of a small amount of work.
So it's time to experiment.
It took me to level the concrete floor in the basement of my house. I plan to place a water purification system there.
✔ To do this, it is enough to fill level areas along the wall. So I decided to do it right on the spot:
I sprinkled a couple of bags of DSP, right on the floor.
I made a small hole in the middle, and began to gradually add water and stir.
And not everything went perfectly right away, even in such a seemingly simple process.
Now the water will go over the edges, then everything is too thick, and it does not mix well... In general, here you need to fill your hand.
But this process clearly cannot be called simple.
Especially when you do everything in cramped conditions ...
And apparently if they resort to him, then from despair ...
In total, I kneaded six 25-kilogram bags of the mixture, and then in two days. At the same time, I had to sweat ...
We got such platforms for barrels ...
❗ But the main thing is that the quality does not suffer, if you know what consistency a normal solution should be.
