Wife sent for a new frying pan: chose Russian (safe non-stick water-based coating)
It's time to replace the pan. Replaced the old stove with a new one. The old one had spiral burners. From this the bottom of the frying pan was bent and on the new stove with cast-iron burners it did not heat up properly. Cooking on it was a torment (my wife said).
My wife sent me to the store for a new device. Spend 2 hours choosing. I went to several shops. Frying pans are almost everywhere made in China. I didn't want to buy one.
Finally, in one of the stores, I found pans of Russian production (g. St. Petersburg).

I read that the coating is polytetrafluoroethylene, which is widely used in medicine (prostheses, heart valves, etc.). So safe, not like Teflon.

There is no cover. Perhaps this is a minus. But a frying pan of standard diameter (22 cm), a lid from the pan will do.
I bought it in a hypermarket. It is not so expensive - only 890 rubles. The rest of the pans (middle category) at a price of 1200 rubles.
Brought home, my wife praised. She said that the handle is very comfortable, deep enough, with thick walls and of medium lightness (not heavy). Well, that's good, the day was a success!
The wife, with joy, first cooked scrambled eggs, then fried cheese cakes, vegetables, pancakes on it. Even without oil, you can cook and nothing sticks to the bottom.
