I'm not that I haven't regretted the purchase, I'm just delighted! I don't even need an oven anymore. Everything here is prepared quite quickly, easily.

This wonderful frying pan is a grill gas that heats and cooks like an oven, not like a frying pan. Yes, it is only for those who have gas in the house. Looks like a frying pan with a "hole" in the center, works like an oven, but better.

How i cook

You can immediately put the food on the wire rack, or you can cook it in foil. At the bottom, I pour a little water and as I cook I look so that the water does not go away, I add. So it was written in the instructions. If you follow this, then everything is washed, that the glass is easy, does not burn. And the humid microclimate inside under the lid, as I understand it, is preserved. You can also spread the foil on the bottom.

If you want breakfast in the morning hot sandwiches "a la pizza"then this frying pan is the best for these dishes. In a frying pan - it turns out badly, in the oven - for a long time. And here it is fast and very convenient.

My favorite recipe for lamb kebabs for cooking in this frying pan is lamb soaked in pomegranate juice with the addition of adjika on the tip of a knife. I keep it in juice in the refrigerator for 1-2 days and cook in foil. It turns out very tasty. You can cook beef in the same way.

I want to say right away that washing is easy, unlike the oven. Many dishes are even cooked faster, in my opinion, than in the oven. And when you want kebabs, this is an irreplaceable thing for the hostess! You don't have to go on a picnic, you can cook just as well in your kitchen.

The frying pan is very compact compared to ovens, very bulky for cooking, even for a family of 4-5 people. It does not take up much space in the kitchen, you can clean it in any closet.

Disadvantage

There is only one small drawback - the inability to determine and regulate the temperature. A couple of times my vegetables burned a little, but then I got used to it. You need to get used to, to understand which fire is suitable and then there will be no problems. So the lack of this product is insignificant, I think.
