I saw Lanched's new canned food at the Crossroads, I decided to take it for a sample, I show what is inside
The other day I stopped at Perekrestok for food and, as usual, looked into the section where canned meat is (I often take it with me to work or when I am going to the dacha). Examining the shelves, I noticed canned meat from the manufacturer Lancedathat I see for the first time. I wondered what they were, and so I decided to take these new items for a try.
There are not so many products in their assortment: beef with bulgur, chicken with couscous, lamb with vegetables and trout with a Hawaiian mixture. Now we will look at all of them and see what they are made of..
These canned food are of our production (manufactured by Ruscon) and in fact they are ready-made meals that you just need to heat up in a microwave oven or in a frying pan.
All products are packed in soft sealed packages and can be stored for up to 3 years. The weight of one such package is 250 g.
Let's get down to tasting and first, I'll open beef with bulgur (159 rubles) and lamb with vegetable saute (157 rubles).
At first glance, everything looks good, canned food has a pleasant smell and no fat is visible. The manufacturer does not indicate the percentage of ingredients on the packaging, so now I will put everything on a plate and we will look at the products in more detail.
As you can see, this is a complete serving for one person (despite the small package). Overall I liked beef with bulgur, the meat content is approximately 15 - 20%, the remaining 80% is bulgur (it looks like barley, but much tastier). Whole pieces of beef and no fat, the only thing I think is the meat is a little dry and lacks spices. But lamb with vegetables completely disappointed me. The dish is 80% composed of green beans, which I did not really like and there is practically no meat here (solid fatty pieces).
Now let's see what the rest of the canned food consists of: chicken meat with couscous (154 rubles) and trout with Hawaiian mixture (170 rubles).
In the first package, we immediately see a whole piece of trout, but in the second - so far it is a solid porridge. Let's put them on a plate and break them down into ingredients.
Canned Trout are mostly corn, pot and rice (a good mix) and also contain a whole piece of fish. These canned foods are quite tasty and overall I liked them. Canned chicken I liked the taste the most, they consist of whole pieces of meat without any veins or skins, and couscous (in other words, this is an ordinary wheat grits).
In general, all products from Lancheda are quite tasty and of high quality (with the exception of lamb with vegetables) and they have a reasonable price. The absolute leader for me was chicken meat with couscous and I will definitely take this canned food again!
