The problem of clutter in children's rooms is familiar to all modern parents. Still - my mother says that she had three dolls, some furniture and toy dishes. And books, many books and records with fairy tales. That's the whole game library. It was kept in order and thrift.

I got a lot of toys, especially soft ones, which everyone gave, but I didn't play with them. A lot of board and educational games, books in an incredible amount. And, as my mother says, a mess began with me. But I still put away the toys, it was within my power, and yet somehow I took care of them.

But my daughter has so many all kinds of toys that she not only does not save them, but also does not play 90% of this wealth. Of course, I myself am to blame. As a child of perestroika years, I grew up in times of total scarcity, so I dump all my unrealized toy dreams on my daughter.

But, nevertheless, somehow you need to accustom the girl to order. We went this way: we put in the boxes most of the toys that the daughter does not play. She doesn't even notice it. And we take it out into the yard, where they lie. This year, when she was 5 years old, one of the boxes was taken out. The child was busy with "new" toys for several days.

But what is in her room also needs to be kept in order. And I bought these boxes in Castorama. They are inexpensive, a large box costs only 208 rubles. Bright and roomy, they stand on the rack. In them, the child can simply dump the toys, but the room will already be in order.

She now has a designer in a beige box. In a box with a pattern and a lid, there are toy dishes. Red is for dolls that you are not playing with yet. Etc.

But we needed more boxes for small things. For example, pencils and markers, which are still in the cutlery rack. Or for plasticine and paints.

And in Castorama, I saw great plastic boxes with lids. They look very nice, finished with metal details.

There are boxes in a variety of colors. And the sizes are very different - large and small, but all with lids. The price is very affordable.

Unlike boxes, these boxes keep their shape well, they are rigid. They can be easily wiped off the inside. So I bought two boxes with bright green flowers so far, which almost repeat the pattern on some of the wallpaper in the nursery.

And I noticed that now my daughter herself is unpleasant that some toys are lying on the floor. She tries to put everything in boxes, and then runs to report that she is in order. We always praise her for that. And yet - as long as there is no order in the room, she does not play on the computer and does not watch cartoons. Therefore, there is always an incentive for cleaning.

We advise you to start teaching your child to order by at least putting toys in storage systems. And then, with growing up, the process will go on by itself. Of course, if the parents also show an example of organization and accuracy.
