But in my practice, I did not face any big problems.

In my SNT, the membership fee is 4000 per year, well, maybe for something else once a year for 1000 rubles, we'll fold it and that's it. Direct electricity contract with power grids.

Nobody bothers me anymore, and I don't bother anyone.

But here I was alarmed by one incident.

It's good that it happened not in our gardening, but in the neighboring one (in our small town there are only two of them). I stumbled upon such an ad, for members of that very SNT:

I understand that there may be some orders in SNT, etc. But can I be banned from driving on gardening roads (even though I will drive a tank), and even more fine, for violating some incomprehensible rules?

Even though I understand that this was done so that heavy trucks would not ruin the roads when the snow melts, and all this is for the good. But it seems to me that this needs to be addressed in some other way, and not by restrictions and mythical fines.

Or they want to collect fines, and that's the way to make normal roads ???
