At the same time, there is no "quiet hour" in St. Petersburg from 13:00 to 15:00!Both the May holidays and the New Year holidays are all official holidays, which means weekends, and it is NOT POSSIBLE to be repaired at this time!
But in practice, the first couple of days of a long weekend in the apartments is quiet, people sleep off, but already with on the third day, everyone gets bored, drills and hammers turn on, and noisy repairs begin work. But, if neighbors complain about the noise, then people who have started repairs can be fined.
