We insulate the pile foundation
HI'll start with the most expensive, labor-intensive, but at the same time the most correct way to insulate the pile foundation. The best way is to convert the pile foundation into a strip foundation.
DTo do this, a trench must be dug between the pillars to a depth of at least 500 mm, an additional frame from the 16th reinforcement must be welded, the formwork must be equipped, a sand cushion must be poured and a concrete MZFL is poured.
A warning: deepening by 50 cm will also require the arrangement of a warm blind area in order to move the red line of freezing further from the foundation.
Second way.
Ethis method is cheaper, slightly less efficient. Its main disadvantage is that it is not suitable for those who have very heaving soil on the site. I'm telling you.
INthe place of reinforcement between the pillars is welded on a profiled pipe 40 * 20 mm. A cement-bonded particle board (hereinafter - DSP) with a thickness of at least 8 mm is attached to the reinforcement. On the reverse side, extruded polystyrene foam (EPS) is attached to the glue-foam to the DSP - for example, penoplex with a thickness of at least 100 mm.
To prevent frost heaving in spring from breaking the EPS, leave a gap of 30-40 mm below, put roofing material on the ground and fill the cavity with polyurethane foam.
PIt is obtained neatly and reliably. The house is getting warmer. So the pile foundation is not a sentence, everything can be corrected. It's about price, time and effort.
