Required Ingredients

The recipe is incredibly simple and you can buy all the products for it at your local grocery store. For the dish you will need:

  • chilled chicken wings (not frozen!);
  • ketchup (it can be simple, or it can be with the addition of some herbs - take the ketchup that you like);
  • soy sauce (any will work too);
  • hot sauce - you can chili;
  • smoked ground paprika;
  • granulated garlic;
  • one lemon;
  • liquid honey.

How to pickle

First of all, you need to prepare the wings, namely: cut off the tips (wrist); wash and dry. While the barbecue preparations are drying, we prepare the marinade.

To prepare the marinade for one kilogram of wings, you need to mix:

  • 200 grams of ketchup;
  • 100 grams of soy sauce;
  • 1/3 teaspoon hot sauce
  • one and a half tablespoon of paprika;
    one and a half tablespoon of dried garlic;

  • juice of half a lemon.

Next, the wings are placed in the finished marinade. Wings should be well coated with cooked sauce and allowed to infuse for two hours. After this time, the meat is sufficiently marinated and the wings can be fried.
