How to make cocoa with milk
I prepare the most delicious drink from natural cocoa powder, except for it there should be nothing in the composition. Everything else, sugar, milk, vanilla, is added during the preparation process and to taste.
The total cooking time will not take more than 10 minutes from the moment 250 ml milk is put to the boil. For a cup, I take 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder, a teaspoon of sugar.
I pour water into the container, 50 ml will be enough, which will help prevent the milk from burning during cooking. I add milk to the water and bring it to a boil, but do not boil it. At this time, I transfer the prepared mixture of powder and sugar to a container where cocoa will be brewed, pour in a small amount of milk and stir thoroughly until the lumps disappear completely. Pour the mixture with the remaining milk and bring to a boil.
If desired, milk can be substituted for cream. Such a replacement will increase the calorie content of the drink, this should be taken into account.
