As everyone knows, thermal insulation of ventilated facades cannot occur without the use of membranes with wind and moisture protection properties.Izoltex NG 200 in this direction performs a number of main tasks:

- keeps the insulation dry, preventing its deterioration due to waterlogging and weathering;

- increases the service life of the heat-insulating material, while maintaining its characteristics;

- performs the function of wind protection from the outside of the insulation, does not let outside air into the insulation;

- at the same time it provides moisture release, has maximum vapor permeability;

- since this material is non-combustible, it reduces the risk of spread and the appearance of fire;

- increases the service life of the insulation and the safety of the structure itself and construction work.

Three types of moisture-windproof membrane are available Isoltex NG 200. The differences between these types in the structure, energy efficiency, and also in the color of the membrane:

1. Izolteks NG 200 white is a type of universal non-combustible membrane.

2. Izoltex NG 200 black - is intended for solving insulation problems in cases where the design task is acute, for example, when erecting transparent facades. The black color is provided due to the presence of nanocarbon in the composition.

3. Izolteks NG 200 metallized - has increased energy efficiency due to the presence of aluminum in its composition. This is the reason for the metallized color of the membrane. It is used in energy efficient homes.

The wind-moisture protective membrane Izolteks NG 200 combines the most important properties: absolute windproofness, high vapor permeability and incombustibility. This is achieved using a professionally selected impregnation composition that is used in the manufacture of this material.

Due to this combination, together with the high quality of the material, Izoltex NG 200 surpasses similar materials, both domestic and foreign.

Also, one of the advantages of Izoltex membrane is its high resistance to UV exposure: without external finishing - 10 years, with external facades - 50 years.

When installing Izolteks NG 200, it rolls out vertically without a gap directly on the surface of the insulation. Moreover, this material can be mounted by either side. At the exit points of the brackets that secure the insulation, holes are cut in the membrane.

For the final fixation of the membrane, the dowels are mounted to the wall. It is recommended not less than four dowels per 1 m2 of membrane, the minimum distance from the edge of the ceiling is not less than 70 mm. When installing, take into account the membrane overlap of 150-200 mm.

At the same time, when installing Izoltex NG 200, it is not allowed to use butyl rubber-based adhesive tapes. or similar in places where the sheets overlap, since these adhesives are highly flammable.

It is important during installation that the Izoltex NG 200 membrane completely covers the entire surface of the insulation, including the ends, in these places it is bent under the insulation.

The big advantage of Izoltex nonflammable membrane is that during installation it is not necessary to install fireproof cuts, which reduces the financial costs of construction and increases the ventilation rate in suspended systems facades.
