Many summer residents are engaged in the cultivation of zucchini in their garden. This vegetable does not need special care and gives high yields. It so happens that already in the spring or at the beginning of summer you want to eat homemade zucchini.

The question arises, is it possible to get an early harvest of these vegetables when grown on a personal plot? Yes, this is quite possible if you follow some tips and provide the plant with the necessary care.

Before sowing zucchini seeds, they need to germinate and stand for some time in a potassium permanganate solution for disinfection.

Then the seed is placed in a substrate consisting of dry foliage, unripe compost, grass and covering material, which are newspapers, flower shoots, not too large branches.

A wooden container must be filled with a similar composition by two-thirds, and the remaining space must be filled with fresh compost. The substrate should be well watered so that it sags 10 centimeters or more.

This will enable the plant to stay in a favorable environment until it gets stronger. Sow zucchini as early as possible, with appropriate weather at the end of March and early April.

In case of frost, the container should be thoroughly insulated, then the insulation is removed. When the seedlings grow, it begins to rest against the covering material, but the time has not yet come to plant it in the unprotected soil.

This is due to the fact that warm weather has not yet established, which can adversely affect young seedlings, in which case there is a possibility that the harvest may not be expected.

In order to prevent this, it is required to install sticks around the container, which will allow raising the shelter and the culture will be warm.

When the seedlings are properly cared for and timely watered, by the end of the last spring month the culture blooms, and then ovaries form.

In the process of growth and development of culture, organic matter should be introduced, which favorably affects the development of this vegetable.
