I found a glass ceramic hob scraper in the store and I'm afraid to use
The induction hob, as one of its many advantages over all other hob types, has the fact that it is easy to clean. But I noticed that after I fry pancakes on it and wash the stove, all the same, circles from soot remain on the glass. Of course, they gradually wash off, dissolve, but this does not happen immediately. And when they are visible from a certain angle of light, it is very annoying. Of course, you cannot use any abrasives, it is impossible to scrape glass ceramics.
But today, walking through the Leroy Merlin store, past the kitchen utensils department, I noticed an unfamiliar thing. It turns out to be a scraper for glass-ceramic surfaces.
To be honest, he looks such that I would not have approached my beloved stove three meters away with this scraper. Iron, horror.
But, when I examined it more closely and read the information on the label, I realized that this scraper has only a metal body. And the actual scraping surface is made of hard rubber. This part is removable.
The package contains two spare rubber "blades" that can be changed as needed. There is a key with which the tongue can more or less come out of the body.
The price, of course, is not very high - 237 rubles. The manufacturer claims that the scraper removes dried-on residues on the stove, making it dishwasher safe. And, most importantly, it does not leave scratches.
Honestly, I never bought it, I was afraid.
Have you used such a scraper on glass ceramics?
