Delicious Bulgarian-style pickled cucumbers cooked in the microwave in just 5 minutes.

This recipe for pickling cucumbers is fast and delicious. The workpieces are crispy and spicy.

Usually, many housewives make cucumbers in this way: pour it twice with water, pour it out, and then boil it. This process was long and laborious. And that's not all, the solution in the jar may become cloudy. There is one more way, when using which not a single can swell or grow cloudy.

To prepare pickled cucumbers, you should take liter jars or those that fit in the microwave. Banks can not be sterilized, only washed and dried.

Put spices at the bottom, for example, mustard seeds, you can take others, as well as garlic and dill. Fresh vegetables should be soaked for a couple of hours. The tips of the cucumbers should be cut off and then placed in containers.

Now it's the pickle turn:

Dissolve 200 grams of granulated sugar and 35 grams of salt in a liter of water, add a glass of nine percent vinegar.

Here it may seem that the sugar is taken from excess sugar, but if you take into account its interaction with vinegar and salt in such proportions, then you can guarantee that the brine will not be very sweet, it will be pleasant in winter drink.

If someone likes sweeter cucumbers, you can increase the sand rate by another 50 grams. It will turn out delicious too.

The brine should be put on a gas stove and brought to a boil, then pour it into jars, that's enough to pour into three cans of the prepared solution in accordance with the proportions indicated above, enough for three banks.

Then, separately, place the jars without lids in the microwave for a couple of minutes, then remove and close the lid. It is better to put jars in the microwave one by one, and not all at once.

A kind of conveyor is formed here, one of the cans heats up, the second is twisted, and so on. Whoever uses this recipe, it becomes a favorite with everyone. So it's worth a try.
