Chipboards (OSB) are chosen because of their strength, ease of installation, moisture resistance, environmental friendliness. I used to buy a sheet for 500-600 rubles. Now "you can't buy it." We have to look for a replacement.

Walls are sheathed with such slabs, partitions are made, and a hinged ventilated facade is made. DSP is used for flat roofs. The sheets are placed on top of the insulation. For the roof, plates are chosen (thickness up to 20 mm.). The technology of the roofing cake is the same as with the use of wooden materials. Plates are also used for the construction of the subfloor (DSP for beacons). The price is for a DSP board with a thickness of 12 mm. (size 1590x1250 mm.) - from 950 rubles.

I figured out how to replace the OSB sheet. We take guides for drywall. They will serve as a form. You will also need film, perlite sand, cement and construction fiberglass mesh.
First, we make a shape from a profile. Then we take the bucket and prepare the mixture. Mix perlite with water. 3 parts perlite, 1 part cement. Add water and mix with a mixer. Fiber can be added. The mixture should turn out like soft plasticine (so that you can sculpt from it).
We spread the film, then lay the mesh on the bottom of the form, then the finished mixture. We level it with a spatula. You can make a panel 3 cm thick. or less. Apply a grid on top and smooth. The solution with perlite will take a long time to dry. Do not dry in the sun. But it turns out strong and light sheets (DSP is 2 times heavier).
