We bought a townhouse and regretted it, now we cannot get rid of it

Recently I went to visit my classmate, who bought herself a townhouse in the nearest suburb. Her husband is a very wealthy person, so they can afford expensive real estate. My girlfriend has already acquired three children, so she did not dare to leave for a private house, and it is simply impossible to live in an apartment in the city, because children need fresh air and walks.

I have long dreamed of visiting her, but all the time circumstances did not allow. She once sent me a photo with a view from the second floor window, this is a wonderful pine forest, a river bank and a lot of space. A dream, and nothing more.

But when I came to my classmate, I went through the control when entering the closed area, I saw that everything was not so good. It turns out that their house, which houses 4 townhouses, is not yet fully populated. Some cells are still being renovated, so the territory is not well-groomed.

I imagined something like this that they have a piece of land where everything is blooming and fragrant.

But it turned out that this section is a box, bounded on both sides by iron fences. Moreover, on the one hand, the fence is facing the front, and on the other - the reverse. It looks extremely ugly.

We sat at home for a while, I looked around the house. The 200-meter living space is somehow spread over three levels and there is no feeling of spaciousness. When a friend left her phone at level 3, she had to send her 4-year-old daughter there. The girl ran away, of course, but could not get the phone, which was lying on a high chest of drawers. A friend had to go by herself.

Soon, a terrible noise began behind the wall - the neighbors were doing repairs and some terrible instrument was working. We took the children and went for a walk.

The territory is closed, so the children run freely. This is a huge plus compared to the city.

But when we began to talk with a friend, she, almost crying, began to say that now they cannot get rid of this housing, they hired lawyers to sell the townhouse.

The reasons for their desire to leave here are already visible to me:

A small inconvenient adjoining territory, which is in full view of all neighbors,

Parking for one car, the second has to be parked on the street quite far from the house,

Audibility from neighbors - like in a city apartment,

· In winter, neighbors announced that they did not want to pay for clearing the road from snow, because “they didn’t agree that way”. I had to pay for them, because I had to leave,

· The constant running from the first to the third level is exhausting, especially with small children, whose bedrooms are on the second floor, and the kitchen is on the first.

Therefore, they decided to buy a private house, but it turned out that they were trapped. This house is designed in such a way that the townhouse can be sold after all the owners formalize their rights to the units. The territory, in general, does not have its own, it is a common house, that is, it will be possible to sell the townhouse only after the fourth cell is settled. It is she who is now being renovated and is waiting for the owners.

Thus, the spent 10 million are, as it were, pledged.

There are many advantages to a townhouse. But there is nothing to envy there.
