Hydrogen energy in Russia has already taken the first step towards its creation

The first important step towards the creation of hydrogen energy in Russia has already been taken, namely, the concept for the development of hydrogen energy has been approved, which will be implemented in three successive stages.

So at the first stage, which is designed for a three-year period, specialized clusters will be formed, and pilot projects for the direct production and transportation of hydrogen, and, in addition, the use of hydrogen energy carriers directly inside countries.

At the second stage, which is designed until 2035, large export-oriented and domestic market large production facilities and the establishment of all logistics chains for the supply and storage of hydrogen fuel.

And starting from 2050, it is planned to move on to the implementation of the third stage, which implies large-scale use hydrogen technologies in a variety of areas, from the housing and utilities sector to the oil industry complex.

In addition, the development of hydrogen energy will make it possible to create an additional huge amount of high-tech jobs, which will also have a positive effect on the general economic situation in country.

Prospects for hydrogen energy and why Russia needs it

Given the increasing desire of many developed countries to minimize the so-called carbon footprint of their economies, it is clear that green energy will develop at a rather rapid pace.

Hydrogen is one of the most promising areas for the development of "green" energy, and given that our Russian economy is highly dependent on exports energy carriers, it is not surprising that the authorities are worried about a possible decrease in consumption and are trying to look to the future and develop promising technologies in order to borrow promising niches.

Well, let's watch with interest how hydrogen technology will develop in Russia and hope that our specialists will succeed. And the Russian Federation will occupy the same significant position in the export of hydrogen as it currently occupies in the export of oil and gas.
