Amazing house in Denmark where every tenant is happy
My friend recently returned from a business trip to Europe. Despite all the restrictions. She also managed to travel around Denmark, a country that is not very famous and popular in Russia.
To be honest, she, in general, was so impressed by this country that I had fears that she would not get ready and go to live there.
She spoke especially a lot about the city of Vejle, in which she lived for several days. It is a port in Denmark, which is located in the center of the mainland on the coast of the bay. There is an amazing house in this city, the construction of which was completed in 2018. The house is, in fact, a residential complex with 100 apartments. It is distinguished by its special shape, in the form of a wave with five crest-towers. Each tower has 9 floors and 20 apartments.
Apartments in this house are very expensive, because they are located on the seashore, and their backs are facing the picturesque hills. In addition to location, the price of housing is influenced by its decoration and design. For example, the floor in each home is made of natural wood, which is simply unique by European standards. Apart from panoramic windows, the apartments also have ceiling windows, which have become accessible due to the undulating shape of the roof. That is, each tenant receives a lot of light and sun at any time of the year.
But the most wonderful thing is that my friend heard from someone from the local legend. She says that everyone who lived and lives in this house suddenly receives some kind of happy news, a good moment, a sudden win. That is, the house-wave brings happiness to people. Of course, not everyone disposes of it properly, but those who catch this luck really become the happiest people.
And my gullible in everyday life, although very strict and self-confident in the part of business, a friend, believed in such an invention. I immediately thought that this legend is being spread by realtors who cannot sell expensive apartments in this unique house. Of course, who would refuse to be happy? And if it doesn't, the answer is simple - I slept through my luck. A very convenient story, winning in any case.
But this story does not take away from the house in the form of a wave of its uniqueness, beautiful design and interesting architectural solution. And when it is reflected in the waters of Vejle Bay, it is simply breathtaking. The architect was the Danish Henning Larsen, who, unfortunately, did not see the end of his project, he died in 2013, when only two waves out of five were commissioned.
A beautiful, unique home that brings happiness to its residents, what could be more interesting?
