A year ago, we moved from a provincial town to our house, which is located in a village. The story of our move from city to village lasted 5 years - that's how long we built a new house. Our family consists of three people, our son is a student. The eldest daughter and her family live separately in a neighboring town.

Many people today dream of leaving the city and living closer to nature. But in order to decide on this, you need to provide yourself with conditions that are no worse and even better than in a city apartment.
Like any owner who has his own house, we have a concrete mixer. It is constantly required when carrying out some kind of construction work related to concrete.
And when it came time to build a fence on brick posts, she, of course, became the centerpiece. When installing metal posts, before the start of pouring the strip foundation, the piles were poured pointwise using a concrete mixer. This goes without saying, as the posts must grip so that they can be aligned and aligned with the laser.
But, of course, pouring a 20-meter foundation strip manually, that is, stirring about 5 cubic meters of concrete in a mixer, is completely unrealistic. How much sand and gravel mixture, sand, cement need to buy, to use up water! And, most importantly, how much health you need to kill in order to manually pour such an amount of concrete.
There is one more factor - the solidity of such a foundation will be significantly lower than if it was poured in at once.
Therefore, our choice was unambiguous - we ordered two mixers with concrete and instantly did all the work, which could take several days.
I am sure that no savings can be made on this. After all, you will still have to buy cement, even if you manually manure gravel from somewhere. By the way, its independent extraction is punishable by law, you can fall under both administrative and criminal liability. It depends on how much to take out.
A cube of concrete costs 4250 rubles. This was in June 2021. By the way, the mixer was busy all day, we were third in line. And this is not in a big city, but in the suburbs, in the villages. That is, people are being built, no matter what.
The main thing that you can lose when pouring yourself with a concrete mixer is on your own health, dragging buckets of concrete, rolling gravel and bags of cement. There is one more resource that is not renewable - this is time! Spending it on ripping your back instead of buying five cubic meters of concrete is unwise.
When we had everything ready for pouring - formwork, fittings, pillars, a car arrived and in a few minutes did all the work. All that was left was to look at the flowing concrete and have time to level it.
