Although more and more often you begin to come across information about the sale of such equipment, and examples of use. 20 years ago there were no mobile phones either, maybe here happiness is just around the corner.

Friends, I am glad to welcome you to my channel. I sometimes get the impression that by the time I completely finish building my house and drive into it, some new construction technologies will appear that will show that my entire construction is unprofitable, ineffective, and already in past ...

Very much everything is developing rapidly.

Just a few decades ago, private construction was simple and monotonous.

• Some kind of foundation tape (necessarily below the freezing depth), walls made of "harsh bricks, go logs, cold attic and slate on the roof."
• Now the foundations alone are a bunch of different types, not to mention the walls, roofing, and decoration.

But with all this rapid development, there is one significant obstacle.

Consciousness of people, has not yet adapted to abrupt changes. Especially in Russia. It is probably not for nothing that most of the innovations take root in our country in the last turn, in comparison with other countries.

For me personally, solar panels on the house have become the most powerful explosion of foundations and familiar patterns.

When I first heard about it and saw it (in the pictures, I haven't seen it live), it was comparable to the invention of some kind of time machine.

Okay, there is a lantern with a solar battery, but so that this whole house supplies energy... Something amazing.

In recent years, many have got used to this mentally, and even began to use it, but they are far from widespread use.

Despite all the advantages that manufacturers say, solar panels are a "long distance" technology (after all, the payback period of the equipment is 20-25 years, and then in theory). And not many are ready to be pioneers, most need real-world use cases over decades.

The actual longevity of the equipment, and the actual benefit in different conditions, can vary significantly.

We did not have time to get used to one, here again something new.

Recently stumbled upon a new product: solar roof tiles.

These are the same panels, only disguised as a roof, and of different types and shapes.

Yes, beautiful and technological. But essentially the same thing, only for more money.

It's more like marketing, when something old is packed in a new wrapper and sold, but at a higher price.

But it's all too early ...

As long as the phrase "our grandfathers built this way, and it has been standing for a hundred years and has been serving," sits in the heads of our people, progress will be difficult. And what to do with this, it is not clear ...
