The cheapest material for a fence, in new realities. Is it possible to fence off a plot and not go broke? I am showing specific numbers.
For many, building a house begins not with building a foundation, but with arranging a fence on a site (I did the same). Only now the realities are such that many may already think about it: "Will I pull all this at all ???".
Friends, I am glad to welcome you. An acquaintance of mine recently bought a plot for himself, and is just starting his construction path. At the stage of preparation for the construction of the fence, he is shocked by how much money will be spent...
And like most people now, he is at the stage of selection:
How it will be fenced in more or less qualitatively, and at a reasonable price. So that some money remains on the house.
And for about a month now, he has been changing his choice in favor of this or that material almost every day.
It became interesting, and I decided to figure out what's the matter ???
With the basis of a modern fence, everything is roughly clear.
Few people now make wooden poles. Iron is still more reliable and durable. Therefore, think, do not think, but the choice is obvious here, and you will have to buy.
But among the sewing materials, now there is plenty to choose from.
I will not consider any completely "space" options, but I will take the most common and available on the market. At the same time, for a better comparison, prices are taken from one hardware store.
- Corrugated board Is one of the most popular options. I chose the cheapest option, which was: 1.2x2 m 0.33 mm, brown. Price per sheet 990 r.
- Edged board 25x100x6000 mm natural moisture grade 1-2 - 437 p. per piece, from which you get 3 two-meter boards.
If we compare it with a profiled sheet, it turns out more expensive if it is closed with a solid, or about the same if with a clearance of 100 mm.
- But you can save twice, and buy edged board 25x100x6000 mm of natural moisture grade 3-4 - 263 p. But you will have to work a lot with the wane.
☝️Although, from my practice, I would not advise anyone to get involved with this... In general, a wooden fence adds a lot of unnecessary work and costs. And cleaning and grinding, and impregnation with an antiseptic. Plus, the mass of the fence increases, and more powerful pillars are needed, and this is still an additional cost.
- Rabitz 1.5x10 m cell 50x50 mm, at a price of 1189 p., Of course, a very good option. But for me this is just a garden from cows to fence off ...
- Now many began to talk about polycarbonate for the fence.. But again, he looks to put it mildly, "an amateur" ...
And the price tag is not at all small: 6 mm 2.1x6 m bronze - 5800 r.
So, even in the new realities, nothing is cheaper than a professional sheet ...
And here I mean the ratio:
Appearance - quality - labor costs.
