A giant waste processing complex will be built in Russia

Representatives of the Russian company Ecoline made a statement that the construction of a large complex for the processing of plastic waste, which will be located in the Moscow region, and its work will allow not only sorting, but also sending for recycling the resulting plastic. This will significantly reduce the load on landfills and reduce pollution.

Russian plant and its prospects

This gigantic enterprise will be created jointly by companies such as Ecoline and Vtorplast and will be called Ecoline-Vtorplast. It will be built in the Yegoryevsk urban district by the end of 2022.

The main task of the project will be in the production of pellets, as well as in the processing of plastics. And in fact it will be, perhaps, the largest plant, which will be able to produce up to 43 thousand tons of products per year with the possibility of increasing capacity. The work of the plant will make it not easy to throw it away, but return it to use.

The companies will allocate about two billion rubles for the creation of the plant, and as soon as the enterprise starts up, 150 people will get permanent jobs.

Thus, the plant will operate four lines at once, such as bottle PET, hard plastics HDPE (02), PP (05), as well as film plastics and LDPE bags (04).

In addition, experts expect that in the future the production line will be expanded, and plastic waste containers will also be produced.

What are such factories for?

Now all countries are trying to clear their economies and industries from all harmful emissions as quickly as possible in order to preserve the remnants of the ecology for future generations.

In this regard, Russia does not want to remain on the sidelines, and therefore is also implementing a whole range of environmental measures. And the creation of such factories is just necessary for the successful implementation of plans.

In addition, Russian experts recommend not only recycling, but also switch to the production of disposable tableware from components such as wood, paper and even fish scales.

Russian officials believe that in the end our country will completely abandon the use of colored plastic.
