Surprisingly designed house of 130 m2 for a large family

Greetings friends! I'd like to show you an interesting project at home. It is good both in layout and unusual appearance.

Traditionally, in the last couple of years, single-storey houses are in the greatest demand.

Which, by the way, is not clear, since we have been engaged in construction for more than 12 years and remember well that there were always two-story houses in the Top orders.

Maybe everyone needed stairs??? This is the question.

The house itself turned out to be a total area 134 m2, which, in principle, is close to the ideal of a full-fledged country house in terms of area. The roof is gable, very comfortable for further maintenance.

We enter the house through a warm vestibule that cuts off the cold 7.8 m2. The tambour differs from the standard in that it has many windows available. Further through the hall 13.2 m2 we can get into some of the premises.

First to the technical room 6 m2. Since the house also has a boiler room with a separate entrance 7.2 m2, then it is quite logical to remake the technical room either into a storage room, or another large bathroom ...

There are 2 bathrooms in the house. The first is 2.7 m2, the second, the one in the sauna, is 4.2 m2. Sauna - it is located near the boiler room, and it is 3.8 m2.

The house, which is important, has 3 bedrooms. And they're pretty big for a house like this. The largest is 13.3 m2, the average is 11.1 m2, and the smaller is 9.9 m2.

Kitchen-living room 44 m2, this is really a lot. Plus, if you wish, you can make a giant ceiling up to 4 meters in it, the ridge of the house allows it!
